At All Seasons Landscaping, we believe that the most important part of any project is you. Our Team has extensive experience designing and installing various design elements such as water features, backyard kitchens, or Pergolas and Patios. But our true challenge is designing the flow of the structures and matching them with a finished product unique to each person’s individual tastes and lifestyle.
Communication
It all starts with proper communication. Typically, we schedule a quick phone call where we can talk a bit about your needs and wants as well as any concerns that you might have. Naturally, everyone has a different list of what is important to them, and every space has unique challenges. This makes our initial conversation a great chance for both of us to ask questions and get to know one another. In order for us to begin the process to turn your dreams into reality requires us to have a good relationship with open communication that clearly outlines your design expectations and outdoor space. After we understand your expectations we are ready to schedule a time to meet at your property and begin building the plan.
Consultation
When it comes to creating your dream landscape, you may have no idea where to begin, or you may know exactly what you want. At our consult, you will likely meet with Tom (owner of All Seasons) to explain your ideas and watch as we open your eyes to the exciting possibilities that your ideas and property hold.
We begin with a walk around your property, we discuss your ideas, needs and wants and take all necessary measurements.
During this consultation we will gather enough information to get a rough sketch of your space so we can get back the office and begin putting together a plan so we can get a quote to you.
Design Quote
At the end of the consultation we will go to work for you and reach out to our extensive network of suppliers for any supplementary information we need to get you a detailed quote including hardscape selections, stone work, patio paving, planting, lighting and grading details, basically anything that we need to make your dream outdoor environment come true. Once we have the details worked out we will put together a complete design and quote with a breakdown of all the costs.
After we have delivered and discussed the quote with you we will make any necessary adjustments to the plan to make sure you are 100% comfortable with our proposal and we can schedule a time to start your project.
Installation and Project Management
We pride ourselves on completing a project on time, under budget and above your expectations. Tom will usually be on site to make sure everything keeps moving forward smoothly and to keep the dialogue with customers open to answer questions as they arise. All Seasons uses their own crew for a majority of the work on your property so we can keep delays to a minimum without having to balance other subcontractors schedules so you can feel comfortable with your choice to move forward.
